Safety in Trampoline Parks: How Bounce Valley makes a difference.

Safety in Trampoline Parks: How Bounce Valley makes a difference.

Soothing for parents and supervisors

Safety is the most important issue for parents visiting a trampoline or bouncy castle park. And rightly so: children should be able to play freely, without worry. At Bounce Valley, we ensure that fun and safety go hand in hand from our grip socks to our supervision teams.

1. Tested and certified
Every Bounce Valley park has a recognised safety certificate. Our air cushions are built, inspected and maintained according to the strictest European standards. Our teams carry out visual checks daily, and periodically everything is professionally inspected.

2. Grip socks included = safe & hygienic
Jumping with ordinary socks is slippery and dangerous. That's why every visitor receives new antibacterial grip socks upon entry. This keeps the park hygienic and bouncers have maximum grip.

3. Professional supervision
Our staff undergo annual training in supervision, first aid and FAFS. They know exactly how to react in case of crowds, accidents or unexpected situations.

Our rule: it is better to ask one time too many questions than to react one second too late.

4. Transparency in everything
Safety only works when everyone knows where they stand. That's why we communicate everything clearly from house rules to prices. No small print, no surprises.

5. Safe zones for all ages
For small children there is Mini Bounce (up to 5 years), for bigger kids the challenging obstacle zones. So everyone has space.

6. Clean and fresh, every day
Hygiene is also safety. Our air cushions are cleaned and disinfected daily. In addition, we check the air pressure, seams and anchors so that everything stays in perfect working order.

7. Joint responsibility
We provide supervision, but parents are always welcome to join in. Jump along, laugh along, and have a safe day together.

Safety + Fun = Bounce Valley

At Bounce Valley, you never have to choose between fun and safety. We combine both, every day.
