Safety

Bounce Valley

Safety is Our Top Priority

All Bounce Valley jumpers must be aware of our house rules and the potential risks before entering. A brief overview of our house rules can be found in the image below.
Entering our park is entirely at your own risk. Bounce Valley is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings.

Socks

All visitors must wear a pair of antibacterial (Bounce Valley) socks when using the facilities in the airpark. These socks help reduce the risk of injury and keep the inflatable arena hygienic. Socks are included in the admission price.

Safety and Supervision

The safety of our guests always comes first. Our inflatables are specially designed for intensive use and meet all safety standards. Since each of our inflatable parks is custom-made and therefore unique, every location has its own certificate – issued by an accredited inspection authority.
In addition, we have an approved supervision plan that is strictly followed. Our supervisors are extensively trained and fully briefed on this plan.

All our staff are certified in emergency response and trained in evacuation procedures and first aid, ensuring everyone can enjoy our facilities in a safe and worry-free environment.

We also recommend that all jumpers wear long sleeves and trousers to help prevent minor friction burns that can occur on some inflatable activities.
