What will you be doing?

In this role, you’ll combine content creation (50%) with customer service (50%), with the emphasis on content creation.

Content & marketing

• Brainstorming and creating content for:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook (Meta)
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • Newsletters
  • Blogs
• Creating videos and photos (short-form & long-form)
• Scheduling content
• Community management: responding to DMs and comments
• Working independently within the Bounce Valley content strategy

Customer service

• Answering enquiries via:
  • Telephone
  • Email
  • Social media DMs
• Working with the CMS
• Liaising with visitors, parents and partners Always clear, friendly and in the Bounce Valley style.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is an MBO 4 or HBO student (working student)
• Has an affinity for content, social media and video
• Is creative and enjoys trying out new ideas
• Is flexible in terms of availability
• Is ambitious to grow within content marketing
• Can work independently
• Holds a driving licence
• Is eager to learn and not afraid to take the initiative

Experience is not required – but motivation and a willingness to learn are.
